The Blue Burn Trail Challenge
Break from your every-day routine of running on the treadmill and get outside! Challenge yourself to complete the Blue Burn- a 4.5 mile course around the mountain that takes you from the prairies to the top of the steepest ski trail and back down again. Timed with RFID technology so you can track your progress on our leaderboard all season long! The only time you have to beat is your own.

Whichever route you choose, your RFID Blue Burn Pass will track your time when you use it to check in at start, end, and various other checkpoints around the mountain. View your time and compare it to other runners on our leaderboard!

The Blue Burn Pass gives you access to the Blue Burn trail and it's 2 descent trails. The pass includes an RFID wristband that you use to check in at start, end and various checkpoints along the way. Your time is tracked and placed on a leaderboard where you can compare your stats to other Blue Burn Passholders. A Blue Burn Pass is required to use the trail and is available in as a day or season pass.
Bring your wristband to Blue Mountain’s front desk-Summit Lodge during office hours (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm) to sign your waiver and register your Burn Pass.
