Assistant Restaurant Manager
We're looking for a Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee Slopeside Pub & Grill. The Assistant Restaurant Managers duties will include enforcing all policies and procedures, ordering supplies, staffing and ensuring all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to restaurant standards.
Food Server
The Food Server interacts with our guests and ensures they have a wonderful experience when dining at the resort. Food Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while delivering food and beverages to guests in a friendly, and efficient manner whether in a fine dining or quick service facility. At all times, food servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed.
Bartender
The Bartender interacts with our guests and ensures they have a wonderful experience when dining at the resort. Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly, legal, and efficient manner. At all times, bartenders are expected to be attentive to our guest needs including their safety and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
Bus Person
We're looking for a Bus Person to assist servers with serving guests our bread & butter service and/or water upon their arrival and provide refills of water and non-alcoholic beverages as needed. Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave.
Food Runner
We're looking for a Food Runner to provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Each food runner’s primary objective is to assist servers in the delivery of food from our kitchen to the guest.
Host/Cashier
Hosts and cashiers will welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Hosts manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes and restaurant flow. Host and cashiers will utilize the resort’s POS system to process transactions and accurately dispense change to the guest.
Line Cook I
We're looking for a Line Cook I to accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. The Line Cook III will also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating, garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu items. Line Cooks are categorized into 3 sections. The cook I position requires minimal experience.

We're looking for a Line Cook III to accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. The Line Cook III will also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating, garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu items. Line Cooks are categorized into 3 sections. Cook III should be experienced in all areas of the kitchen and in the absence of a sous chef they would be able to maintain and run the kitchen.
