Food & Beverage Positions
Our Food and Beverage team works across the mountain operating out of the Summit and Valley lodges as well as the Adventure Center. We have indoor and outside eateries. Our team consists of cashiers, servers, hosts, bussers, bartenders, food prep aides, Line cooks, General Utility, and Table Ushers.
Food Prep Aide
The Food Prep Aide will take their orders from the head and sous chefs and will be left to prepare all the ingredients needed to be cooked, presented or stored. This includes both raw and cooked products produce, bakery and dairy products. The Food Prep Aide will also assist in cleanup of workspace & displays, and housekeeping of all prep areas. This is a fast-paced environment, serving thousands of guests per day!
Hosts and cashiers will welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Hosts manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes and restaurant flow. Host and cashiers will utilize the resort’s POS system to process transactions and accurately dispense change to the guest.
